Returns and Refunds

Buying as a gift? We have extended the return time over the festive period in the unfortunate and unlikely case that your gift is unwanted or faulty. Items bought after the 2nd November 2017 will have until 15th January 2018 to return the item with valid proof of purchase.

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from any business in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at ABP Technology Ltd, 1 Merchant Place, Bolton, BL2 1BX or by email to: info@gizmobulldog.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail).

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least ex-pensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –

(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or

(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

Replacement or Refunds of faulty products

Our products are protected under a manufacturer’s guarantee of one (1) year from date of purchase. We will only replace / refund items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing fault. We will not replace items damaged through use or general wear & tear.

If you need to return an item, send us an email to info@abptech.co.uk stating the details of the product being returned and the date of original purchase, and post the item to: ABP Technology Ltd., 1 Merchant's Place, Bolton, Lancashire, BL2 1BX, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement / refund request.

If the return is approved, your replacement will be sent out or a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after five working days of approval notification, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

To return your product, you should post your product to: ABP Technology Ltd., 1 Merchant's Place, Bolton, Lancashire, BL2 1BX, United Kingdom.

If you are shipping an item with value exceeding £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
